Description
The purpose of this program is to support the Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities’ ability to engage in meaningful conversations about racism. The training program is intended to support the organization’s ability to work towards creating spaces for Black staff to engage in open dialogue. It is intended for managers and staff to address issues of racism that impact staff, residents and their mental health.
